Our past has 30 years old and was born with windsurfistica magazine more’ accredited in Italy until a couple of years ago.
Historic moments and epic characters were immortalized on our pages and remain landmarks still for a long time.
Many generations who grew up reading our articles and collected our numbers.
Unfortunately, the publishing events have blamed the problems that the sport of windsurfing has had to go through in recent years and the problems that publishing itself has had to face with the spread of the internet.
In addition to these events, There were also Italian economic problems and questionable managerial behaviour on the part of the last publisher: the final result and’ been the disappearance of this magazine from the newsstands.

If in the past there have been any mismanagement errors, economic and marketing limits, that doesn't mean you have to throw out history, the culture and content of this journey, especially considering the affection and demands that the public continues to demonstrate even today despite all the vicissitudes of the case.
We could have abandoned our mission, complain and criticize: we decided to start from scratch, reinventing ourselves after doing a deep analysis of conscience and the current situation of our sport in Italy.
Hence our motto, taken up by the “law of mass preservation” by Antoine-Laurent de Lavoisier: In Nature, nothing is created, nothing destroys you, but everything is transformed.
What is it’ RIW?
The Italian Windsurf Editorial: a hub of experience and experts specialized in everything related to windsurfing that find themselves in a sports association with the aim of promoting and popularizing the sport more’ beautiful in the world!
Program and objectives
Through communication we have the opportunity to do something concrete and useful to promote and disseminate our sport, with the intention of leaving something of our own and something better to the next generations.
You often complain about things that don't work but you rarely try to do something to change them: we can define our field of action, putting our resources on the line, ability and experience to be able to positively influence our sport in the Italian context.
Losing the publisher yesterday penalized us but today gives us the opportunity to set freer choices, more dynamic and closer to the needs of the market and sport, no longer having to respond to the economic logic of an old dinosaur trying to survive within a’ environment where the speed and size of events now have a much smaller and faster scale of magnitude.
