After a windy summer in the Canary Islands, Dieter Van der Eyken had the chance to spend 2 months in Belgium with his parents and enjoy some sessions in the places of the Netherlands in all kinds of different conditions: “I got to see how windsurfing has become more popular again in the Netherlands and how the next generation of windsurfers are progressing fast to make sure that the presence of Belgium and the Netherlands on tour will remain strong in the coming years!
Although September was not so windy, October gave us excellent sailing conditions both on the sea and on the lake. I managed to get some sessions filmed by Yentel Caers (Brouwersdam), Felix Volkhardt (Brouwersdam), My mother (Oesterdam Municipality) and my sister (Domburg) to put together this little clip mainly of Freestyle but also with a little’ wave action before returning to Tenerife for the winter.
