In passato RIWmag ha gia’ dichiarato la propria intenzione di voler mantenere una posizione di informazione superpartes (www.riwmag.com/riwmag-il-servizio-di-comunicazione-superpartes/).
Nelle ultime settimane ai classici strumenti di informazione tramite articoli sul sito web e tramite video editati e pubblicati sui canali youtube e facebook RIWmag ha aggiunto la tecnica di poter fare video interviste virtuali in diretta live (virtuali perche’ i partecipanti possono accedervi da posizioni geografiche diverse).
Queste dirette live venute alla ribalta e alla moda come tecniche alternative per superare i limiti e le conseguenze del lock down a causa del Covid-19 si basano sulla spontaneita’ dei partecipanti che si misurano anche con l’imprevedibilita’ della partecipazione del pubblico tramite post che vengono pubblicati in tempo reale.
Per una completa correttezza e trasparenza a questo punto risulta necessario chiarire quanto gia’ ovvio: proprio per via di tale spontaneita’ ed imprevedibilita’ ognuno dei partecipanti (RIWmag, ospiti e utenti del pubblico che postano domande e/o commenti) e’ completamente responsabile delle proprie affermazioni.
E’ necessario anche sottolineare che RIWmag non e’ ne’ un tribunale ne’ un giudice: eventuali torti subiti vanno esposti nelle sedi competenti. Denunciare o accusare pubblicamente tramite mezzo stampa (strumenti web inclusi) e’ perseguibile dalla legge in quanto diffamazione.
RIWmag inoltre, come gia’ dichiarato ufficialmente in passato sulla propria pagina facebook, non accetta commenti e interventi maleducati, scurrili e offensivi.
RIWmag infine dichiara di voler proseguire la propria missione di promozione dello sport del windsurf con passione ed entusiasmo e si aspetta lo stesso atteggiamento di rispetto da tutti coloro che in questo percorso vorranno aggiungere un valore.

In the past, RIWmag has already declared its intention to want to maintain a position of superpartes information (www.riwmag.com/riwmag-il-servizio-di-comunicazione-superpartes/).
In recent weeks, to the classic information tools through articles on the website and through videos edited and published on youtube and facebook channels, RIWmag has added the technique of being able to make live streaming virtual video interviews (virtual because participants can access to the live streaming from different geographic locations).
These live broadcasts, that came to the fore by fashion as alternative techniques to overcome the limits and consequences of the lock down due to Covid-19, are based on the spontaneity of the participants who also measure themselves with the unpredictability of public participation via posts which are published in real time.
For complete correctness and transparency at this point it is necessary to clarify what is already obvious: precisely because of this spontaneity and unpredictability each of the participants (RIWmag, guests and users of the public who post questions and / or comments) is fully responsible of his/her own statements.
It is also necessary to underline that RIWmag is neither a court nor a judge: illegalities are to be sued in the competent offices. Denouncing or accusing publicly through the press (including web tools) is punishable by law as defamation.
RIWmag also, as already officially declared in the past on its Facebook page, does not accept rude, scurrilous and offensive comments and interventions.
RIWmag finally declares that it wants to continue its mission of promoting the sport of windsurfing with passion and enthusiasm and expects the same attitude of respect from all those who want to add value on this route.
